At BSW BEAUTY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include your original packing slip or order confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
